1. Overview

Saclen provides custom AI automation, workflow automation, sales automation, customer support automation, reporting systems, AI agents, integrations, and related services.

Because services are customized for each client, refunds are handled based on completed project milestones.

    2. Milestone-Based Payments

    Projects may be divided into milestones, phases, or deliverables.

    Payments are earned as work is completed and delivered.

    • System design
    • Workflow development
    • AI agent implementation
    • Integration setup
    • Testing and deployment
    • Support or maintenance phases

    3. Non-Refundable Work

    Amounts related to completed work, delivered milestones, consultation time, planning, research, configuration, development, integrations, testing, or deployment are non-refundable.

      4. Refund Eligibility

      Refund requests may be considered only for work that has not yet been started or for future milestones that have not been delivered.

      Approved refunds will be limited to the unused portion of project payments.

        5. Third-Party Costs

        Fees paid to third-party providers are not refundable through Saclen.

        6. Client Delays and Project Holds

        If a client delays providing required information, approvals, access credentials, data, or feedback, project timelines may be extended.

        Completed work remains billable even if the project is paused or delayed.

          7. Project Cancellation

          Clients may request cancellation at any time.

          Upon cancellation, clients remain responsible for payment of all completed work and approved expenses incurred before cancellation.

            8. Service Performance

            AI systems, automation workflows, third-party platforms, APIs, and integrations may produce variable results.

            Refunds will not be issued solely because business outcomes, sales performance, automation performance, or AI-generated outputs did not meet expectations.

              9. Refund Requests

              Refund requests must be submitted in writing with relevant project details and reasons for the request.

              Each request will be reviewed based on project status, completed work, and contractual obligations.
